Annual Entrepreneurial Education Series
BPEP organizes a series of seminars starting in the Fall of the academic year. These seminars feature a variety of distinguished speakers, and are meant to educate budding postdoc entrepreneurs about the process of starting a company, targeting an audience with no prior business background. Our seminars are designed to complement the parallel series organized by the Lester Center for Entrepreneurship, which workshops are more in-depth and are aimed at an audience with some background in business. A snapshot of the past year's seminars can be found here.
We organized an intensive one-day workshop past summer. This workshop covered the essentials of converting an idea into a viable business, with assignments and discussions designed to empower you to carry your idea further. More information can be found in our archives.
